Job Description
- Developing & Leading the monthly S&OP process
- Rolling the master production schedule with weekly and monthly time scale value
- Validating the MPS by Rough Cut Capacity Planning and tackling any constraints
- Monitoring the adherence to production plan and resolving any related issues with factory
- Defining & periodic reviewing for the planning processes parameters
- Running weekly MRP
- Increasing the inventory turns for freshness and healthier financials
- Monitoring the distribution planning process and improve the availability of products per branch
- Improving the utilization of resources and to ensure proper allocation per business unit (warehouses, fleet, manpower, cash, ....etc.)
- Decreasing the business waste by reviewing and managing the slow moving and obsolete stocks (for components and Finished Goods)
Job Requirements
• Written and spoken fluency in English & Arabic languages
• ERP system (oracle & MS dynamics are favorable)
• MS Office applications
• FMCG manufacturing & distribution business models, of which at least 5 years in a managerial position.
