Job Description
- Develop and implement member attraction strategies and activities focusing on participation in Food & Agro sector annual activities to acquiring new members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members and regularly communicate them regarding upcoming events, opportunities, and activities.
- Research and identify relevant trade fairs, exhibitions, and trade missions that align with the organization strategies and the sector requirements.
- Organize and coordinate oversee B2B meetings during the event, ensuring members maximize their participation.
- Organize all logistics related to member participation in the event including registration, booth setup, promotional materials, hotel reservations, needed visas etc.
- Organize and coordinate export development programs that enhance members with essential knowledge and skills for effective participation in the export development activities that lead to increase Egyptian exports
- Offers and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars available and related for the sector members.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaboration with other related organizations/ entities locally and internationally.
- Represent the organization at various sector-specific forums, trade shows, and networking events.
- Prepare periodically reports on the sector activities, member participation rates, and evaluate the outcomes of every event. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future activities implementation and improve member collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing or similar field.
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in export development, trade promotion, or a related field.
- Excellent in English language skills, French is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
