Manage all import and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery, Import knowledge is plus.

• Collaborate with local shipping lines, agents, truckers, and customs clearance.
• Handle all export documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, e-invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Shipping declaration.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience with the new customs systems ACID and NAFEZA.
• Prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor country import/export regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipments and vessels.
• Collaborate with team members to establish and implement best practices for smooth operations.
• Plan, and update plans continuously, schedules and shipments for all closed sales transactions.
• Receiving invoices from the freight forwarders and brokers to review and deliver it to Finance department for issuing checks.
• Follow up with brokers to receive documents related to form 13 for subsidy application and documents for Tax Treaty, complete the files and send to finance dep, ensuring it meet the requirements.
