Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from Order Creation to delivery. Including communication with Warehouse and Fleet teams
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with Technical team to improve and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Fleet the daily needs of extra vehicles to reach SLA
- Keep an eye of reaching our SLA per branch by making sure to delivery orders according to SLA and follow up with Sales on delayed orders and reason behind it
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Working on the dash board with Transformation team / Technical team to provide us with all data needed to work on improving the process
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting logistics expenses.
