Job Description
- Preform all logistics activities for existing foreign markets. Ensure that the goods has delivered to the customers in good timely manner
- Receive the sales order plan and start the booking process with the shipping/transportation line
- Book the shipping line
- Send the financial status of each client to the Finance department to get order release
- Communicate with the trucking company with the shipment details
- Issue the shipping documents (commercial packing list) based on LC details and start communication with the clearing agent
- Communicate with the internal stakeholders as the warehouse, and coordinate the delivery with the transportation supplier
- Ensure that all exports are documented correctly
- Send to the client the shipment pre-alert notification with shipment details
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
