Job Description
- Receiving the purchase order and the purchase order via email from the relevant department.
- Sending the purchase orders for each client to the accounts department to reserve the manufacturing of the purchase order within the Egy Lux factory.
- Following up on the paperwork and procedures related to delivery to clients with other departments. Coordinating with the planning officer to know the expected time for receiving the products.
- Following up with the sales officer regarding the timing of the client's receipt of their products.
- Coordinating with the delivery manager at the Egy Lux factory to deliver the products to clients on the planned schedule for each client.
- Reviewing the sales officer's authorization and the company's authorization for each client to receive the products.
- Delivering the products to clients.
- Sending an email to the sales officer to confirm the client's receipt of their product.
- Receiving memos and entry permits for the returns maintenance from clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (License - Bachelor).
- Experience from 0 to 1 year.
- Basic concept of Supply Chain.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience working with ERP Systems is preferred.
