We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our daily transportation operations. You will manage a team of pickup drivers and field representatives, ensuring smooth logistics, efficient routing, and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing small to mid-sized fleets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of pickup drivers and field reps
• Monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and maintenance
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and field activities
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and report performance metrics
• Handle driver and rep attendance, training, and evaluations
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper use of vehicles
• Solve on-road issues and support the team in real time
• Communicate with other departments for smooth operations
