Job Description
- Establishing productive relationships with the assigned partners with a focus on Corporate Sectors & Large Accounts.
- Identifies opportunities for systematic process improvement and drives those improvements at scale.
- Acting as a focal point between partners and various internal departments.
- Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
- Conducts Merchant analysis and makes recommendations for initiatives that optimize for business growth.
- Maximizes Fawry business profitability and selection expansion opportunities.
- Help the business meet sales and revenue goals
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for the development of sales achievement through each Partner & Upselling.
- Follow up on assigned project implementation.
- Align with cross-functional teams to meet clients’ expectations.
- Attending meetings and conducting presentations for assigned accounts.
- Preform outdoor visits and knocking doors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Any relevant studies.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 3+ Common field (Large enterprise merchants, Aggregators, B2B, etc..)
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance divers.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or Saas Platforms.
- Multi-tasking & flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in Fin-Tech or Telecommunication Industry is preferred.
- It will be also a huge advantage if you worked on a CRM before.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Owning Car is a Must
