Job Description

  • Coordinate daily with all supervisors of various kitchen operation branches
  • Manage entire inventory of food, packaging, equipment, cleaning, etc. 
  • Forecast order amounts based on system reports and order the appropriate amount of inventory daily
  • Organize and facilitate orders between the center kitchen and satellite kitchen branches 
  • Maintain sound relationships with all suppliers/vendors
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Manager
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Highly driven and motivating
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the will to learn more about international food items
  • Familiarity with inventory management software systems like “Foodics”
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Well organized, quick, efficient
  • Good ability to read and type English
