Job Description
- Coordinate daily with all supervisors of various kitchen operation branches
- Manage entire inventory of food, packaging, equipment, cleaning, etc.
- Forecast order amounts based on system reports and order the appropriate amount of inventory daily
- Organize and facilitate orders between the center kitchen and satellite kitchen branches
- Maintain sound relationships with all suppliers/vendors
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Manager
- Proven negotiation skills
- Highly driven and motivating
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the will to learn more about international food items
- Familiarity with inventory management software systems like “Foodics”
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Well organized, quick, efficient
- Good ability to read and type English
