Job Description
oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines to support production and business continuity.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies
• Negotiate with local and international suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier database
• Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis
• Lead and develop the procurement team
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of purchasing experience, 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in the garment or manufacturing sector is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
