Job Description
- Define and establish the general procurement policy in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
- Fully manage and supervise the Procurement Department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Negotiate with key suppliers to secure the best prices, payment terms, and quality of materials and services.
- Monitor the procurement budget and ensure compliance without exceeding the approved costs.
- Continuously search for new suppliers and analyze the market to update the list of approved vendors.
- Follow up on receiving and inspection processes for purchased items in coordination with relevant departments.
- Select, hire, and evaluate the performance of procurement staff, ensuring the presence of qualified personnel.
- Lead and motivate the procurement team to achieve departmental goals both collectively and individually.
- Manage procurement-related projects, especially in the case of major contracts or operational expansions.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance and submit them to senior management in an organized manner.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Technical Skills:
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to manage teams and organize tasks
Previous Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of procurement
Special Abilities:
Proficiency in using computers and the English language
