We’re hiring a Customer Support Agent – Mobile Applications to help users get the most out of our applications. You'll be responsible for answering questions, solving issues, and delivering a smooth and friendly experience across all communication channels. If you love helping people, know your way around tech, and communicate clearly, we’d love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues via social media, email, or other communication channels.
Log and escalate technical issues when needed.
Collaborate with the development team to improve app performance.
Assist in creating help materials and standard response templates
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Arabic and English (Writing and speaking)
Ability for copywriting and editing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook etc.) is an asset
Keep up with the developments of the times and mastering modern technology
Being fully aware of the best methods of communication of all kinds
Proven experience as public relations specialist or similar position is preferred
