Job Description
- Develop and structure digital syllabus content across various levels
- Create lesson plans, homework activities, assessments, and educational tools
- Ensure all curriculum content is aligned with IQRA’s academic goals and standards
- Break down complex topics into structured learning objectives and student-friendly material
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and reviewers to ensure accuracy
- Design both visual and textual content for e-learning platforms (text, slides, images)
- Tag and upload finalized content to the dashboard or syllabus folders
- Revise and update existing syllabus materials based on teacher/advisor feedback
- Follow the content review process and version control protocols
- Participate in curriculum planning meetings and content audits
Job Requirements
- Degree in Education, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in curriculum design, syllabus writing, or educational publishing
- Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic and/or English depending on subject
- Ability to simplify and sequence content according to student age and level
- Familiarity with online education, e-learning tools, and learning management systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and collaborative tools
- Creative mindset with sensitivity to pedagogical goals and cultural context
- Ability to follow deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
