Job Description
Responsibility:
- Conduct & develop sales analysis & seek opportunities within the different sales categories and channels.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of products parts, functions & processes to assist to close sales to meet clients’ requirement & needs.
- Discuss with clients/customers their system requirements and equipment needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and understanding client needs in alignment with the company.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Leverage knowledge of current company products portfolio of core/support business parties & economics to make decisions that result in positive financial outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management in the IT solutions industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT products and services.
