Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale activities.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding sales activities, opportunity stages, and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
- Prepare and submit a detailed report to the Sales Manager outlining sales performance,progress on opportunities, and key activities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, demos, and business cases aligned with client objectives.
- Share best practices, market insights, and client feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, contract renewals, and strategic discussions.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value or strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company’s evolving product offerings.
- Acquire and sustain industry-relevant certifications in sales, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity to enhance expertise and service delivery.
- Attend key client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions as a senior company representative
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the IT field.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service attitude.
- Strong team management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Must be able to travel.
- Matching experience with security solutions “Firewall, Endpoint etc..”
