As Product Manager, you will create and implement the product vision and strategy to continuously drive value and customer success.

- You’ll be part of an extremely crucial team, working on a high business impact, highly complex product area.
- Own both the product discovery and delivery of your squad.
- Own the prioritization of the new products based on the impacts and values connecting with squad KPIs.
- Own your team's OKRs & roadmap, deciding on how to best achieve your objectives.
- Measure the success of the launched product and invest in the continuous improvement of the product.
- Own stakeholder's communication on the new product delivery and user guide preparations.
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, to identify the problems/opportunities and shape the solution to increasing productivity and customer success.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in high-tech software.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
- Clear communicator and educator - ability to communicate with designers and engineers to convey the desired outcome as well as create excitement about the work they are doing
- You love building products that engage users - customer-oriented mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, UX/D, and engineering teams
- A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high-achieving teams
- Skillset to be a data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
- Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Empathy, humility, and listening skills
- Fluent in English + Arabic
