Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves a variety of tasks, including administrative support, transcription, basic bookkeeping, and project management assistance.

Typically, the role will involve the following:

• Note-Taking Tasks: Analyze virtual meeting recordings and deduce meeting minutes, action items, and summaries.
• Administrative Tasks: download, upload, organize, and manage digital files.
Financial and Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, such as managing invoices and tracking expenses.
Project Management Tasks: Help coordinate projects and track progress, set deadlines, follow up with team members, and support with project documentation.
Editorial Tasks: Assist with proposals and pitch deck content, Edit presentations, and draft new content based on input.

The workload will typically be 15-20 hours per week.

Job Requirements

We're looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent & comfortable English language
  • Tech-savvy individual. Familiar with the current technologies and standard admin software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Willing to deal with task management applications despite having no prior experience. (ex: Clickup)

The ideal candidate would be:
