Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Sources, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for job openings
- Align with management and section heads to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
- Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Develops and coordinates job postings, internal and external
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants
- Coordinates all communication with applicants
- Files and maintains employment records for all new hires
- Offers candidates and negotiate packages
- Update organization structure when needed
- Write policies and procedures when needed
- Coordinate training events and keep track record of all training sessions and budget
- Assist in organizational development initiatives and HR projects
- Assist in personnel and payroll function
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical .
- Proven working experience as an HR Supervisor or in another HR section head role (across all functions)
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy combined with strong leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
