Job Description
An inside sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and following up on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients through assigned region’s market research, networking, and cold call/outreach.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to support the development of sales strategies.
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Conduct remote and on site product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company’s solutions.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Generate and analyze sales and engagement reports to support decision-making.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and presales teams to ensure alignment and support business goals.
- Managing the entire sales cycle.
- Assist the Sales Head in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, Pre-sales, customer service, or business development.
- Must have experience in the field of Information Technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
