Sales Representative - Key Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Egypt. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling company products to existing customers.
• Recording all sales transactions in the company's designated ledgers/systems.
• Attracting new customers to deal with the company in accordance with established policies.
• Achieving required sales targets and objectives.
• Preparing all necessary paperwork and documents in advance that clients might need for agreements and contract signing.
• Providing detailed explanations of all company products and services, actively encouraging customers to purchase them.
• Addressing customer concerns and assisting in their resolution, as well as relaying complaints and suggestions to company management.
• Building and maintaining continuous relationships with current and potential customers.
• Preparing clear daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and making periodic improvements to them.
