CataLeads Systems is a leading Real Estate Marketing company that has helped 300+ real estate agents across the U.S. grow their businesses. We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make 300+ outbound calls daily to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Use scripts effectively to engage leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate performance tracking & reporting in CRM and Power Dialer systems.
- Review call recordings for self-assessment and coaching improvements.
- Collaborate with the ISA Team Manager to identify potential issues in lead generation.
- Actively participate in team training sessions for ongoing skill development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
100% Completion of Assigned Client Targets
30%+ Conversion Rate (booked appointments)
300+ Dials Per Day
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of cold calling or service role experience (Real Estate Cold Calling preferred)
- Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM and dialer software (VanillaSoft, RingCentral, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong problem-solving skills & resilience
