Power Generation Manager (OCONUS)

*** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOSi is looking for a Power Generation Manager to lead a team of power plant operators, technicians, engineers, and other staff who work together to run and maintain the power generation facilities to support the Contractor’s labor force and resources to meet the overall O&M requirements of the Contract. Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly activities.Monitor and control performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Active in Scope Secret clearance.Bachelor’s degree or higher in power engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.Possess a professional license or certification such as the Power Engineer Certification (PEC) or the Certified Power Engineer (CPE).Perform duty 24X7 so that power generation remains uninterrupted.Provide regular reports and feedback.Have demonstrated experience in supervising and training power plant operators.
