Red Sea pipes is a leading provider of piping solutions, specializing in, such as industrial, commercial, or residential sectors. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for project sales within the piping industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects from sales handover to completion.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
10. Leveraged expertise in company CRM system to build successful sales pipelines, manage prospects and run reports. 

11. Worked with territory management to implement best practices for sales team recruitment, development and performance management.

12 - Analyzed sales metrics and KPIs to address underperforming areas.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
