Job Description
HR Manager with a medical center/hospital background, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve employee grievances.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, appraisals, and goal setting.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance.
Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other fringe benefits
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee benefits
Compliance:
Stay updated with labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Prepare and maintain employee handbook and HR policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
