Job Description
- Support for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
- Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
- Handle employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6.
- Maintaining Employees Data on MESTRO ( adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes)and resignation process.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
- Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties

- Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
- Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Experience in Personnel and benefits administration and benefits management required
- Excellent Excel user.
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Personnel.
- Working on an ERP system would be a plus.
- Very Good English.
- Excellent Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
