Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist at Al-Farouk for Educational Services to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing and managing all HR functions from the ground up. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a self-driven environment and is eager to build a supportive HR infrastructure for our growing organization of around 60 employees. You will be working closely with an HR consultant who will provide guidance and support. We seek someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about fostering a positive work environment, focusing on policy development, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations—all in alignment with our organizational goals and the local labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperative in developing and implementing core HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with labor regulations and business needs.
- Oversee all personnel and payroll operations, including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and compliance with governmental bodies such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Authority.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive HR database to manage employee data and records effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Administer employee contracts, renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and ensure complete and accurate employee files.
- Support organizational development activities, such as performance management, performance improvement plans (PIP), KPIs, HR Reports, and onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Administered the social and medical insurance process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Generate regular HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, for HR data analysis and reporting.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or small to mid-sized company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
