Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven District Manager to oversee our sales operations in Upper Egypt. This strategic leadership role is critical to driving the performance and development of our sales team, with a focus on promoting our cosmeceutical product portfolio across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass district objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of medical representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists and pharmacists.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market needs and support team effectiveness.
- Oversee ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, product, and senior management to align strategic goals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports and sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmeceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of skincare products and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
