What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Manager/Developer fluent in Arabic and English to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, partnerships, and scaling startups, with the vision and drive to take VREAL to new heights.
Your Role:
- Develop and execute business strategies to scale VREAL’s operations.
- Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors.
- Lead fundraising efforts and oversee the creation of investor presentations and data rooms.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in AR/VR and AI-driven industries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align business goals with product development.
- Analyze market trends to optimize growth strategies.Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

Job Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in business development, management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AR/VR or AI is desirable.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- Willingness to consider a reduced salary in exchange for equity in VREAL.
