Job Description
- Grow the Value of the in-life revenue and loyalty of the MC customer base.
- Carve the MC market position, areas of differentiation & brand development & building.
- Lead in developing an annual MC marketing Plan, design, implement, and execute all ATL & BTL campaigns via multiple channels to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and direct execution of all CVM initiatives and campaigns to ensure the highest level of profits - IBMC.
- Develop base management strategy and implementation of activities across all segments for customer revenue enhancement, base retention, and churn control.
- Monitor and ensure all campaigns developed by CVM are well executed across retail system and other customer touchpoints.
- Develop Business modelling to identify micro-segments, social networks, propensity to buy and propensity to churn
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- MBA is an asset
- Experience: From 7: to 10 Years’ experience with minimum 5 Years in CVM in banking or telecommunication.
