Branch Manager - Tyres Industry
Setting and achieving branch targets, sales goals, and profitability objectives. Leading and mentoring a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff. Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall operations of the branch within the tyres industry, ensuring efficient and effective management.
- Setting and achieving branch targets, sales goals, and profitability objectives.
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Proven track record of 6 to 10 years in the tyres industry, with substantial experience in a managerial role.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
