Collaborate with data analysts to incorporate advanced analytics into pricing strategies, enhancing the accuracy of pricing advisors.
Ensure that the transaction team follows and complies with the procedures of registration process.
Ensure that detailed inspection reports are meticulously received, reviewed, and properly documented for further action.
Oversee the pricing methodologies to ensure that expert pricing recommendations to sellers based on a thorough analysis of vehicle inspection reports, market trends, and historical data.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in operational strategy, logistics, and process improvement.
Solid knowledge of vehicle inspections, pricing methodologies, and market analysis.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience working with data-driven tools and analytics.
Familiarity with registration processes and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
