1. Sales Strategy Development:

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction with services and contracts.
3. Needs Assessment:
- Meet with customers to assess their fleet service needs and identify opportunities for service contracts.
- Provide detailed explanations of service contract options and benefits.
4. Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present service contract proposals tailored to the client's specific fleet requirements and usage.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contract agreements.
5. Coordination with Internal Departments:
- Collaborate with finance, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Work with service departments to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
6. Contract Management:
- Monitor and manage existing contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
- Address any issues or disputes that arise during the contract period.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
8. Training and Support:
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers regarding service contract usage and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
9. Customer Education:
- Conduct seminars or presentations to educate customers about the advantages of service contracts and maintenance plans.
Job Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.
Years of experience 4-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of automotive service and warranty contracts.
- Familiarity with fleet management operations and industry standards is a plus.
