Job Description
- Ensure the implementation of the work of the general consultant of the project in accordance with the contract with a company.
- Review and recommend the adoption of extracts, claims from contractors, consultants' claims and audits as necessary.
- Review and recommend the issuance of change orders and technical and financial analysis provided by any party and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Review and recommend the adoption of abstract documents, change orders and claims with consultants and contractors.
- Review and recommend the adoption of draft contracts required contracts and review contracts before they are approved.
- Review any communications (issued/received) and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Preparing financial reports for contractors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in the field of contracts administration for urban development projects
