Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for all interior design and finishes projects.
Conduct regular on-site inspections at various stages of the project to ensure compliance with design specifications, technical drawings, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.
Verify the quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship against approved samples and specifications.
Identify and document any non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards.
Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
Prepare detailed quality inspection reports, including photographic evidence, and communicate findings to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in final inspections and snagging lists, ensuring all deficiencies are rectified before project handover.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, building codes, and quality standards in interior design and construction.
Collaborate with the project management team to define contractor scopes of work and technical specifications for tendering.
Review and evaluate contractor proposals, ensuring technical compliance and adherence to quality requirements.
Act as a primary technical point of contact between the company and contractors during project execution.
Monitor contractor performance against agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Conduct regular meetings with contractors to discuss progress, resolve technical issues, and address any challenges.
