Job Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances within the engineering and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation processes.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align business objectives with operational capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends, government regulations, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, project management within the engineering, construction, or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, tendering processes, and contract negotiations.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, market analysis tools.
