Job Description
- Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and generate regular performance reports.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, marketing, logistics) to ensure timely product availability.
- Follow up on customer contracts and offers, ensuring proper execution.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Submit regular reports to senior management on sales KPIs and improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- 4–5 years of experience in major industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of technical sales, client servicing, and B2B relationship management.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and technical documentation tools.
- French language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
