- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of management.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
