Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing appointment and meeting schedules, and arranging business trips.
Preparing materials, presentations, and reports for management and various meetings.
Handling documents and information with strict confidentiality.
Serving as a point of contact between senior management, clients, and internal employees.
Editing, coordinating, and reviewing official correspondence and documents.
Maintaining an effective archiving system (paper and electronic).
Providing administrative support to all company departments (e.g., sales, warehouses, human resources, accounting) through coordination, follow-up, and document organization.
Following up on the implementation of cross-departmental tasks and ensuring everyone adheres to deadlines.
Answering and directing phone calls and emails appropriately.
Contributing to the organization of events, meetings, and administrative activities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent (Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant administrative major).
At least 3 years of experience in executive secretarial or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Excellent time management and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Professional appearance and courteous manner.
Ability to work independently, support multiple departments simultaneously, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
