Job Description

  • Assist in the personnel process of archiving and filing employees' records.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and assisting in shortlisting.
  • give hand in salary effects.
  • Answering Queries via Phone & emails to handle employees requests.
  • Assist in performance management procedures
  • Support in ERP system ,for entrances and extracting reports.
  • Helping in any other tasks in HR Department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or accounting or any equivalent.
  • HR Certification is a plus.
  • Good command of English language.
  • From 1 to 2 Year of experience in Human Recourses Functions.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
