Job Description
- Assist in the personnel process of archiving and filing employees' records.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and assisting in shortlisting.
- give hand in salary effects.
- Answering Queries via Phone & emails to handle employees requests.
- Assist in performance management procedures
- Support in ERP system ,for entrances and extracting reports.
- Helping in any other tasks in HR Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or accounting or any equivalent.
- HR Certification is a plus.
- Good command of English language.
- From 1 to 2 Year of experience in Human Recourses Functions.
- Strong ability in using MS Office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
