Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful HR Coordinator to join our HR Department on Temporary 3-month assignment, with a primary focus on recruitment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to the full recruitment cycle.
- Post job advertisements and manage applications through all social media and website and other recruitment Channels .
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communication.
- Support pre-employment checks and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain recruitment Database, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding process for newcomers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Previous hands-on experience in recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
