Job Description
Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) is looking for an experienced HR Operations Coordinator who is responsible for providing administrative and operational support in various HR functions, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services related to employee records, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, reporting, and policy compliance. This role supports day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (both electronic and physical).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel files in line with internal policies and labor law requirements.
- Process employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation (e.g., promotions, transfers, leaves, resignations).
- Support in the HR Systems updates & reporting.
- Respond to routine HR queries from staff regarding policies, benefits, leaves, etc.
- Handle social insurance procedures including new hires, terminations.
- Manage governmental health insurance enrollment and cancellation.
- Coordinate with labor offices and ensure compliance with labor office requirements.
Assist in any other HR tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or operations.
- Proven experience in social insurance, labor office dealings, and governmental health insurance procedures is required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
