Job Description

  • Diagnose Desktops\Notebooks problems
  • Determine cause and Isolate problem.
  • Determine the defective Spare Part (when required).
  • Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
  • Keep customer updated to their cases.
  • Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff

Job Requirements

  • University Degree or Relevant 
  • Desktops\Notebooks Hardware diagnosis skills is a must
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work under Pressure
  • Good English spoken and written is a must
  • Males are preferred
