Job Description
- Diagnose, repair, and replace defective hardware components quickly and accurately.
- Assemble, disassemble, and upgrade desktop and laptop systems based on technical requirements.
- Test and verify functionality of repaired systems before returning them to inventory or customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers or internal staff regarding hardware issues.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all repairs meet internal standards.
- Maintain tools and testing equipment in proper working condition.
- Stay updated with new hardware technologies and best practices in hardware diagnostics and repair.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related technical field (or equivalent qualification).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in hardware maintenance or technical support.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and repair procedures.
