Job Description
1. Solve user faults, verify the user's mobile phone usage scenario, quickly determine the fault through user description and provide troubleshooting solutions;
2. Train network maintenance engineers, new product training, technical training, and provide solutions;
3. Answer technical questions raised by maintenance engineers and continuously improve the technical capabilities of maintenance engineers;
4. Responsible for the assessment of various indicators of maintenance network engineers.
Job Requirements
1. Major in computer, network, software engineering, communication, electronics;
2. More than 3 years of experience in mobile phone technical support, testing or development;
3. Familiar with Android framework, have a certain understanding of each module of the mobile phone or have in-depth research on a certain module
4.Fluent in English
