About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented engineer to lead the supply, installation, and technical support of specialized equipment across diverse client sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in field operations, values precision, and enjoys building strong relationships with suppliers and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical and financial proposals
• Conduct site visits to assess readiness for installation
• Oversee supply logistics and ensure timely delivery of items
• Manage installation, commissioning, and customer training
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure smooth operation and client onboarding
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures and official seals
• Document each project with a photographic archive
• Prepare and submit detailed project status reports to senior management
• Provide internal technical support to colleagues when needed
• Receive and inspect new items from suppliers
• Build rapport with clients and identify new business opportunities during site visits
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, installation, or technical support roles
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with documentation standards and client-facing protocols
• A proactive mindset and willingness to support internal teams
