Job Description
-Make analysis to all problems & Complaint analysis
-Share the technical information with all department
-Allocate the Technicians between Service Centers
-Contact with the maintenance department
-Contact the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
-Collect all problems whether Software or hardware and send them to the Quality department in China
-Share the technical information with all department
-Publish all news related to the software
-Training the staff & perform Technical tests for newcomers
-Report to the manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Min 1-2 Years Experience in Mobile Maintenance
V.good English language command.
Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Mature experience in team leadership with at least 20 local team management .
