Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support and Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support to customers and internal teams, as well as ensuring the consistent quality of our products through effective monitoring, testing, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products and customer inquiries.
  • Monitor, inspect, and test products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address technical and quality-related issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or a closely related field).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the same industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of technical support and quality assurance principles.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
