Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support and Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support to customers and internal teams, as well as ensuring the consistent quality of our products through effective monitoring, testing, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products and customer inquiries.
- Monitor, inspect, and test products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to address technical and quality-related issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or a closely related field).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the same industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of technical support and quality assurance principles.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
