Job Purpose

To support in the provision of a high quality and professional personnel service through the effective administration of the personnel unit’s system and procedures

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain a reference library of employment law information to ensure that the company continues to be up to date and in compliance with the most recent employment legislation. 

2. Prepare and update employee files according to the Labor Law. 

3. Following up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate. 

4. Monitor the probationary periods on specified dates 

5. Issuing any necessary documents and letters required from official authorities (Labor and Social Insurance Offices) to ensure company compliance with labor and social insurance laws related to all personnel matters 

6. Resolve issues related to labor and insurance office inspections. 

7. Create and manage leaves, missions, and excuses for employees on a daily basis in the system, reviewing attendance and leaves, and submitting them to the Payroll Department at the end of each month. 

8. Implement personnel policies to support business goals and to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practices

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
Education:

➢ University Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or related field. Prior

Work Experience:

➢ 3-5 years of experience in personnel, preferable in microfinance or financial industry.

➢ Experience with insurance and labor offices is a must

Skills & Abilities:

➢ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management.

➢ Ability to work independently/on own initiative and as part of the team and ability to both work with accuracy and meet deadlines.

➢ Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills who fully participates in and supports initiatives

➢ Ability to manage competing priorities and comfortable growing

➢ Good communication and Interpersonal skills Knowledge:

➢ Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames) ➢ Excellent time management.

➢ Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values)
