Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the home appliances market.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce,or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in the home appliances industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
