Job Description

  • Arranging and preparing meetings with customers & suppliers and reviewing documents and invoices.
  • Following up and keeping contacts with company regular suppliers.
  • Responsible for archiving the documents and invoices.
  • Being sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process
  • Translate a variety of documents regarding the department's issues if needed such as suppliers documents, emails, technical,……..
  • Internal and external visits.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • From 5 to 10 years  of experience.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Not Less than HSK4 or more)
  • Purchasing or Sales experience would be preferred.
  • Very Good Chinese (Speaking and writing)
  • Accuracy in translation.
  • Excellent Excel Skills is a MUST (Like Vlookup, Pivot table, data analysis,...,...)
  • Nasr City Residence or nearby.
